To assist students in monitoring their studies we are pleased to announce that you will now have access to a Student Portal within the web-based database we use called Eminerva.

This means that you will be able to log in and access information regarding subjects you are enrolled in or have completed  
and your results. You will also be able to 
update your student details
i.e. address, phone, email etc.

Students are reminded that 
ALL marks are PROVISIONAL until  after moderation.
 
Moderation of semester 2 marks will take place on Friday 4th July. 
Final grades will be available on Monday 7th July 2008.

You will be required to REGISTER for this site.

on the Eminerva Community website select – Register

Enter your MXL student number – this is the number on 
the top of your Statement of Results, under your name.  

(it is NOT your SCD student number)

Enter your email address – this must be the 
same email address that you have provided to us.

Required Texts for 2nd Sem 2008

 

A list of required textbooks is  available for 2nd semester subjects. 

The database will check and validate your email address 

Request for Extension Form

with the one on your student records.  

It will then send an email to you with your password.

USING THE DATABASE  

On the Eminerva website

enter your MXL Student Number and 
the Password that was sent to you.

All requests for extensions must be submitted to THE REGISTRAR at least one week prior to the due date of the assessment task.
